What is Gazelle Sports’ eCommerce return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund of your purchase price.

There is a return/exchange form in every package we deliver to your door. You can also download the form here.

If you request an exchange, we will issue a credit to your charge card for the item to be exchanged when the item arrives back to our warehouse. When we ship your new item(s), we will charge your credit card for the new purchase. Your credit card billing statement will reflect each separate transaction. We will NOT charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange via standard shipping.

If you wish to Exchange any items you have purchased, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Call Customer Care at 866-493-5533 to request an RA (Return Authorization) number and UPS label for Free Return Shipping. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Give us a call and our trained staff will help you find exactly what you need.
  2. You will receive an email (within 24 hours) with the UPS return label attached. You will need to print this out and tape it to your return box.
  3. Complete the Return Item section below and clearly print your RA number in the space provided. The RA number is important for properly crediting your account for the cost of the item. We will issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s) once we receive the item back in our warehouse.
  4. Take the package to your local UPS store. To find the most convenient shipping location, please visit www.ups.com.
  5. Your NEW exchange item will ship within 24 hours of our phone conversation about the best size or selection for you. We will charge your credit card for the new item(s) but no additional shipping charges for standard delivery. Remember, we will issue a credit to your card for the exchange item(s) you do not want once they have been returned to our warehouse.

If you wish to Return any items you have purchased:

Please complete the Return/Exchange Form and include it with your returned items along with a copy of your original invoice. We will credit your charge card within 48 hours from the date we receive your package. There is no need to contact Customer Care for a return.

IMPORTANT: Please send your return back to us in the original shipping box that it arrived in. If you are returning an item you are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. It is our policy to refund the cost of the merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please save your tracking number for your security until you are able to verify a refund has been issued to your credit card.

Can I bring my online purchase into a Gazelle Sports retail store location to exchange or return?

Yes, we will return or exchange your online purchase in our retail stores. You must have your receipt in order for our sales staff to assist you. Choose a store location for hours and directions:
